MAY WINDOW TRANSPARENCY -IKEBANA IN THE FLAT VASE

Directions:
The vase is cut on the bisymmetric plan and may follow the suggested form, or may be varied, according to the children's wishes. The flowers and leaves may be cut out on the same plan, as in Fig 1. After the flower form is cut out (Fig. 2.), the center should be cut out, leaving a narrow scalloped circle of black (Fig. 3 ).This circle should be unfolded and pasted on a square of colored tissue paper (Fig. 4). The edges are trimmed to the shape of the black outline.
