By MAUDE M. GRANT
ILLUSTRATED BY BESS BRUCE CLEAVELAND
1. FIRST STEP- COUNTOURING THE EGG SHAPE.
Three eggs three eggs
Now watch and see
What these small eggs
Are going to be
Now watch and see
What these small eggs
Are going to be
Make three round heads,
And three beaks, too,
A wavy line
Right in plain view.
Add tails and eyes
And tiny feet.
These chicks have found
A worm to eat.
