Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall 

Humpty was making an afternoon call 

All the king's horses said Neigh to him then 

And Humpty never would go there again 

 If you use crayons, color Humpty Dumpty lightly .If you use water colors, use a thin flat wash. Paint the cap and shoes black or dark brown, the shoe rosettesm feather, mouth, and the triangular spots on the belt- bright red. Leave the rest of Humpty Dumpty uncolored. Now, when dry mount it carefully on cardboard, or heavy paper, and when  dry again, cut it out very carefully and fasten on the arms and legs with string rivets, or some made from fine wire hairpins, that Mother will show you how to make. Now Humpty Dumpty is ready for a game with you.
