Three Circle Puzzle is an old American puzzle. American children used to solve this puzzle at home with their parents- with paper and scissors. Excellent project- introduction to the studies of shape and size, introduction to geometry, lesson of small motorics, drawing. The child must cut the presented pattern- square with circles into the correct pieces- in each one three circles. The puzzle is of two levels of difficulty- A level and B level, both levels presented in one diagram- same project,. but two steps- two lessons.
The USSR- used this pattern for the table games- constructors - construction of bridges and houses- exactly same drawing, but in different level games- constructors- house buildings.
I am personally delighted to present this puzzle for the readers as it was published in the Magazine for parents and educologists of The United States Of America- Suppose We Do Something- published in 1923.
The textbook was recommended for the parents and educologists by The Department Of The United States Of America.
The puzzle is presented as it was published.
