For design
The little girl's face and arms should be flesh-color,her eyes blue, and hair yellow, or light-brown. Her dress may be yellow, pink, or blue, the roses red, with yellow centers, and green leaves and stems. The cap may be the same color as the dress, with the plain part of the cap, the apron and cuffs white. The tulips may be red, orange, or yellow, depending on the color of the girl's dress. The flower pot may be green or brown.
The poster maybe used as the coloring page, or printed out as the decoration of the blackboard of the class for the month of March.
The poster was approved for the decoration of the classes of the Public Schools and Kindergartens of The United States Of America by The Department Of Education Of The United States Of America.
